Typically, Credica is used by companies with high invoice volumes and logistics that breed queries (see Query Management). Users often have inconsistent working methods and use legacy or even paper based systems. Common issues include high DSO, no standardisation – (collectors using their own methods), high volume & value of credits, manual processes and poor management visibility.
